Super Snack

Today I made a great munchie. These would be perfect for the super bowl or any get together!

Honey Roasted Vanilla Spiced Almonds

2 cups almonds (raw)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Roast almonds in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
2. In a saucepan bring honey, water, and oil to a boil.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
Add almonds to honey mixture.
3. Pour almonds over sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Toss to coat and place on wax paper to dry.

These were so delicious and seriously addictive. I have been eating them all afternoon!
