I love Coconut Oil!
I especially enjoy the Trader Joe's brand.
I use it to make granola and as a base for oatmeal. I slather it on the baby (and on myself!) It smells amazing.
It really is one of my very favorite products right now :)

My sister was just telling me to skip the lotion and start using coconut oil instead. I guess I'll have to pick some up at my next Trader Joe's stop!
