It seems like as soon as the weather turns warm the birthday parties begin! Today was our first of the weekend (there will be more!)It was perfect weather for an outdoor party. The birthday boy, Carter, turned 1! The "Pawty" was doggie themed. It was adorable and the kids had a blast. Zac was closest in age to Carter so the two of them were buddies for the day :)
There was a bouncy house set up for the kids. It was a great way to use up their energy.
And to burn off sugar highs brought on by puppy-paw cupcakes.

A bounteous pile of presents. These bags were full of blocks, books, bears, and everything a 1 year old could want.
After the big kids had their turns we let Zac and Carter have a turn in the bouncy house. Mostly they just sat there, but they seemed to enjoy themselves.

Such a beautiful day! The kids played duck, duck, goose!They ran and ran. I loved that all the little girls wore dresses to the party.
Mia and Zackary fell asleep on the ride home, but Max is wide awake and going through his doggie bag.
