I keep talking about spring and summer. I get all warm and fuzzy thinking about all of the fun we shall soon be having, but spring and summer seem to be forgetting that they are supposed to be here now.
Today it is raining and cold! Not freezing, but in the 50 degree range and that is just not very summery.
We are going to make the best of it! I am making a quick trip to the store this morning after we drop Max off at school. My paint supplies are running low and need to be restocked. I have some projects that I have been waiting to work on! If they turn out I may reveal them on the blog :) If not, you'll never know! I am also going to pick up some little plaster figurines for the kids to paint.
I found another chocolate chip cookie recipe that needs to be tried. I make lots of different varieties of cookies, but my kids still ask for "plain chocolate chip"!
I would love to hear about your rainy day ideas for inside fun!

we build forts with kitchen chairs, couches, blankets, sheets -whatever's around- and camp inside with cookies and pillowpets :) add a few books and we are one happy bunch!
