 I never get tired of these little chocolate covered faces!

Zackary was napping when I started the cookie making with Mia. He woke up just after we finished the dough. He was happy to help with the rest. We tried a new recipe today from Cook's Illustrated. Recipe: HERE

It called for lots of browned butter and a little less sugar than most recipes.

The result was a super buttery and rich, not too sweet, chocolate chip cookie.
